Clinical Excellence VitalCare’s Infusion Services program is designed to simplify the logistics of home infusion therapy. Our infusion nurses work closely with a variety of referral sources and pharmacies to coordinate timely and effective treatment. All nurses at VitalCare are infusion-qualified and attend initial and annual infusion competency training with the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) Standards of Practice as the curriculum foundation. VitalCare case-managing nurses carefully track the progress of infusion patients. They are experts in teaching the patient and caregiver independence in therapy administration, infection control and safety. Our depth of infusion experience translates to best practice, and our attention to detail contributes to highly-ranked clinical outcomes. |
