A Lasting Gift In Memory of a Loved One
VitalCare's Hospice House is offering engraved Garden Bricks that will be placed along the paths and sitting areas of its new Community Reflection Garden.

You may choose a Memorial Brick for the deceased, an Honor Brick for the living or a Support Brick indicating your personal support of VitalCare's Hospice House.

For a donation of $100 you can have a 4" x 8" brick engraved with 3 lines of copy.

For a donation of $250 you can have an 8" x 8" brick engraved with 3 lines of copy.

The bricks will be placed in the Garden and will speak of your generosity for years to come.

To order your Memorial Brick, simply fill out the secure order form below.

Those who purchase engraved bricks will be invited to a special Garden event when the bricks are in place.

Personalized gift cards are available. They can be sent to you or forwarded on your behalf to your designated recipient.

VitalCare is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit home healthcare organization affiliated with Northern Michigan Regional Health System. VitalCare's Hospice House in Cheboygan has been serving terminally ill patients and their families since 1995.
